Lazy 8 breathing can help reduce stress and tension, relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, calm your nervous system, focus your mind, regulate emotion, relieve pain, improve your immune system and even improve sleep!  You only need the tool of your breath which you carry everywhere you go!

This technique is used by Navy Seals! It is a breathing technique to reduce stress and stay calm. It helps to deactivate the fight-or-flight response. You carry your breath with you everywhere you go!!!
