Why Do I Need Working Papers?
How Do I Get My Working Papers?
- Obtain an "Application for Work Permit" form from the counseling office at Lakeland or download the form using the button below.
- Bring the completed application to the school counseling office along with proof of age (acceptable documents for proof of age include birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, or driver's license).
- Bring your materials to the school counseling office. Virtual students and students who attend private schools can contact Kyllie Weaver at [email protected] to arrange a time to come in. The applicant must be present for the issuance of working papers.
